This Distance Sales Agreement applies when you purchase products or services from Alnssor Office through remote channels — including our website contact form, email, phone, or WhatsApp — without an in-person meeting.

## Parties

- **Seller:** Alnssor Office (legal name: *Alnssor Office for General Trading and Contracting Electrical Power Plant Parts*), Al-Jazaer region, District Mahalle 303–Alley10, Basra, Iraq. Email: info@alnssoroffice.com. Phone / WhatsApp: +964 783 111 1191.
- **Buyer:** the individual or business entity that submits a purchase request via remote channels and is identified in the order confirmation.

## Subject

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of electrical and industrial equipment, materials, and spare parts as specified in each accepted order.

## Formation of the Contract

A distance contract is formed as follows:

1. The buyer submits a request for quotation or order via the website contact form, email, phone, or WhatsApp.
2. Alnssor Office reviews the request, verifies availability, and issues a quotation.
3. The buyer accepts the quotation in writing (email or signed document).
4. Alnssor Office issues a written order confirmation. The contract becomes binding at that moment.

## Pre-Contract Information

Before the contract is concluded, the buyer receives the following information through this Agreement, our website, and supporting policies:

- Identity and contact details of the seller (above)
- Main characteristics of the products (per product specification or supplier documentation)
- Total price, including taxes, fees, and any additional charges (per quotation)
- Payment terms (per our [Payment & Billing Policy](payment-billing-policy.md))
- Delivery terms and timing (per our [Service Delivery & Refund Policy](service-delivery-refund-policy.md))
- Right of cancellation where applicable (see below)
- How to contact us for complaints or inquiries

## Right of Cancellation

- Orders may generally be cancelled before dispatch, subject to any costs already incurred on the buyer's behalf.
- Because much of our equipment is sourced to specification for power station and industrial use, returns after delivery are handled case-by-case in line with the terms stated in the order confirmation and our [Service Delivery & Refund Policy](service-delivery-refund-policy.md).
- Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, it is exercised in accordance with applicable Iraqi law and any specific terms in the order confirmation.

## Delivery

Delivery is performed according to the terms in our [Service Delivery & Refund Policy](service-delivery-refund-policy.md). Risk of loss and title pass per the Incoterm or specific delivery terms stated in the order confirmation.

## Conformity and Warranty

Products are supplied to the specifications and standards confirmed in the order confirmation. Warranty terms (where applicable) are stated in the order confirmation or in a separate warranty document accompanying the goods.

## Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Basra, Iraq, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer-protection law.
